How does it work?

We have three ways to book our event equipment:

  • all us on (03) 5721 4374 and we can take your booking on the spot
  • Browse our range and book online or email us
  • Drop into our office at 2 Parfitt Road, Wangarattta

What are the booking blocks?

We have found most people want to book event equipment over the weekend so our bookings are for pickup on Friday morning and drop off on Monday morning.

If you want to hire any of our event equipment outside these hours please contact us on (03) 5721 4374.

How long can I use the event equipment for?

Our generators are metered and are for maximum use of 12 hours. Any use beyond this will be charged when the event equipment is returned.

Out toilets have limited capacity and also have a maximum use of 12 hours. This is usually plenty of time for your event, however if you require, we can service our event equipment during this time to ensure smooth running of our toilets.

What are the delivery charges?

Our standard deliveries are from Friday mornings and pickup on Monday morning. If you require delivery on the weekend a 50% surcharge will apply for delivery on Saturdays and 100% on Sundays.

Most deliveries would incur the ute price. If you require multiple toilets to be delivered that are not trailer mounted we would need to use a small truck. We can fit 8 toilets and tow a toilet or generator with a small truck.

What kind of electrical trailer connection do I need?

Most trailer connections are 9 pin (flat) or 15 pin (round) electricity connection. We supply these if you want to pick up. Please specify at the checkout if your vehicle requires a round or flat plug for pickup.

What ID is required for pickup?

We require a copy of your photo ID and drivers license details for pickup.

What is the maximum weight load for pickup?

If you are picking up your event equipment for hire we need to make sure that your vehicle can tow the equipment.

All our large equipment is towable and requires a 750 kg tow capacity vehicle as a minimum. The only exception is the large cool room which requires a 1.5 tonne tow capacity as a minimum. All trailers have breaks on them as per regulations.

For Equipment Pickup: Please make sure your vehicle meet these minimum standards otherwise for safety and insurance reasons you may not be able to take the equipment on the day. Delivery can be arranged if required.

Cancellation Fee

Please let us know as soon as possible if your requirements change so we can release your booked equipment to be used again at another special event.

  • Cancellation prior to 1 week – full refund
  • Cancellation within 1 week – full fee charged
